Corinne Bailey Rae on Folkways

Last minute sessions are usually pretty crazy as no one is quite sure what is going on. Then you get word about a last minute session with Corinne Bailey Rae. Fortunately she works with a team of professionals. We managed to get her in and out of the studio in a normal time frame: an hour to load in and soundcheck, 30 minutes of recording and a 30 minute load out. This was a feat unto itself but then to have the recording turn out so well made it extra sweet. Special thanks to Corinne’s FOH engineer Gerard Albo. Listen here.
